Welcome to Our Escape. Our Escape is a site where we all come to offer and receive support on a range of issues. It can be anything from Depression, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) or Self Harm to Drug or alcohol problems.
The Site was founded as I have suffered from depression and have been self harming for years and I have found some sites to be very scary and unfriendly, I decided I would start this site so that not only for me to have someone to talk to that knows what I am going through but so that I can offer those people some support too.
I hope that we have something for you here, if not give me or one of the team a nudge and we will try our best to help.
